Yes in must of the cases it is destructive, but sometimes, as Nietzsche says "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" :)
But to some and to some extent, it killed them. I hope for a better mental health for everyone. ♡
Of course, but if one doesn't have that lucky, at least it is good to think about the pain as creative power, so he has the hope to fight with it.
Indeed,processing and assessment is important for a person. One must also appky mindfulness and other strategies to improve and be able to cope up with anxiety.
Sometimes emotional pains tie to physical pain or reactions, I know part of when I have anxiety or panic attacks is feeling nausea.
I see. I on the other hand drains energy. I feel horrible of myself then.
