When you can not sleep in the middle of the night, when you're in bed, what are you doing? Push-up ten times, count sin sheep, fantasize then stuck, read a book, or glared at the smartphone screen?
Yes, know this question in vain, because the answer must be the same. For young people today, sleep is not just empty without air conditioning and pillows, but also smarthphone!

Just so you know well. Sleeping before sleep will not make your eyes sleepy. Because the light emitting diode (LED) emitted through it has a serious impact on the sleep cycle. Especially if you have immenomnia talent.
From a study published in the medical journal BMJ Open, which examined nearly 10,000 adolescents in Norway ages 16-19, it was found that the longer we play smartphones before going to sleep, the higher our risk of sleeplessness.
"All teenagers admitted using one or two electronic devices for an hour before going to bed," said the Norwegian researcher.
The use of smartphones makes our sleepiness so delayed.
Other studies have also shown that the blue light from our smartphone screen stimulates our brain to think fast. Electromagnetic radiation also keeps us awake.
"The use of electronic devices can directly affect sleep because this activity takes a lot of time. Drowsiness is also difficult to come due to increased psychophysiological arousal, "said the researcher.
Not to mention that before bedtime we even visit the medsos the gebetan or the former and find new facts that even make us more curious and anxious.

Am i alone to read this in bed?

That's true. We could lose track of time at night when we're on our phones or gadgets and then lose out on sleep. It happens to me all the time.

I wonder if its a result of light entering the eye or all the extra stimulation.
