although i quite agree with everything Existential Psychology stand for
the ''Anxiety can either be overwhelming or a driving force to humans. It is further seen as an inevitable aspect of human life as it is the price humans pay for their fundamental freedom.'' is what's bugging me. So basically it's like it says that anxiety is part of us and cant be completely erased.
I wanna believe that someday or somehow we at least can completely control our anxiety

Interesting reflexion @filotasriza3. From an existential psychoterapy point of view it is not about erasing it, that would be more of a behavioural approach. Here it is about accepting, exploring and discovering the feelings of anxiety in order to change them. Of course, from one’s perspective it is easier said than done! This is why for those to whom anxiety is distressing, rather than energising, the therapist engages in a process that promotes self-evaluation and change.

have you made the experience @filotasriza3, that integrating what makes you anxious helps to get rid of it? You used the term "erase" it and I would suggest to take it into your system and change the anxiety into something else. Let me think of an example ... like waking up in the middle of the night having a bad dream. Instead of pushing the fear away, to look at it deeply and curiously - then trying to accept that one is frightended. When acceptance is taken the rest is almost easy.

Sometimes this is helping me in the described scenario, sometimes not.
But it's like soccer: out of 5 runs towards the goal, one hits it 2 times.

@erh.germany actually i have tried that :P but without any results. I know exactly when i have anxiety and why is that so and i accept that situation but the anxiety still remains there and for me it's feeling in the stomach. I am not particularly have anxiety problems in the lvl other have that can completely drain their life-span so i am good in terms of that. The reason i am saying ''erase'' is somewhat have a relation to what you said.

I accept the situation, i accept the fact i am having anxiety, i don't care about the consequences because i know the outcome but the feeling is still there that's why the post of @abigail-dantes is so interesting and fascinating cause according to this we can't erase anxiety completely off and i believed or dreamed that we could :P

Hey @filotasriza3! We've met on steem.chat :) You might be interested in reading Sartre, Kierkegaard or even Buddhists philosophy (the concept of dukkha). It this sentence moved you, perhaps it would be beneficial to get deeper into the concept of inevitable pain, and these philosophies deal on this topic.

oh yes hi @saunter from here too! i think i will start with Buddhists philosophy, i am into this kind of stuff and in general Asian philosophies and culture but i havent yet read a book of that kind only videos!

I recommend especially zen buddhism. You can read my story about zen buddhism here. But perhaps you will prefer some other school of buddhism, so read about different types!
