The fifth pic shows MCM = Missional Community Multiplication (a Community of passionate Christians, MCM is an abbreviation for this which is used in some countries, anyway it's known by Christians (probably English is THE global language).
Any person on some pics have a "mission", although they've not all the same, the pics of cathedrals remember to the mission of Christians, the pic with stairs show the final aim, a word which I would chose as solution too (when mission would be wrong), but I know, a second word by one try would be against the rules.
