What should I do with my bad habit?

Hi steemit friends, i just want to share about my habit to hair colouring. For me, when my hair is coloured i become more confident, because i can stand out from so many people out there. People can find me easily, just say "i'm the one whit the purple hair" hahaha.

Since i graduate from my high-school, i start to colouring my hair. My request is dark brown, but maybe because my normal hair colour is light it become very light brown (nearly blonde) oh crap! Cause i think that's not cool, 2 weeks later i change to red, and yeah i like it. After few months i cut my hair become so short then i colouring again with a burgundy colour. Then for several years i didn't coloured it again. Until, this last one, my newest hair (for my request is burgundy) then, when the process is finished tadaaaaa, an eggplant colour! Hahaha purple, yes purple!

But then i just realized after read some articles that when u colouring your hair you not only damaging your hair but also your another body organ such as kidney. Wow!

But then i just realized it's more harder to hold my colouring hair habit.

Is anyone here know how to stop this habit? Or is there any other way to colouring hair but safety for hair and body organ? If u know, please share with me because it will really help.

By the way, which one is better for my hair colour? 😁
