The biggest problem with some people is that they take health issues too lightly, and eventually it leads to level where even ordinary issue turns monstrous. So for god sake, no one should allow their issues to reach to that zone. I have understood that stress, depression, frustration, tension and all others are co-called to lack of discipline and all such ways, so IF we wish to be in right way then we MUST discipline our self and take care of what we eat.
