Exercises and tests for good memory and visual perception!

in #psychology7 years ago

Regular workouts help us stay in good shape and push back the time of appearance of changes related to age. And this applies to all organs of our body, including the brain.

According to the scientists' recommendations, there are a number of exercises that will help to preserve memory and other cognitive functions. I present to you two simple exercises that I use myself.

So,
Here you can see a list of words written in different colors. Begin in order from the first word to call aloud the color with which the text is written (not word, only color of the word). Go to the end and then repeat in the reverse order. In the beginning it will be difficult, since for perception of the text and color different hemispheres of the brain answer.

(Effective prophylaxis of Alzheimer's disease: it helps to establish new connections between hemispheres, trains the concentration and switching of attention.)

Schulte Table

Concentrate on the number 19 in the center of the square. Your goal is to find number 1 and then all the remaining numbers in ascending order, fixing the figure of number found with a look.

(It increases the speed of information acceptance and processing, and develops peripheral vision.)

I hope you enjoy such exercises!)

I have other exercises. If you are interested, please comment!

This made me LOL and now my co-workers must think I'am having a mental break down!

Hope everything is ok!))

You catch yourself thinking that the brain is reading words, not the color! Good tests!

That was fun!

thanks!
