There is a boy whose name is Tom, he is the naughtiest kid in the neighborhood as he always causes trouble by bullying and making fun of the other kids, including his own brother and sister. One day, he realizes his mistakes and bad behavior, he wanted to apologizes but instead, he always said to himself "I'll do it tomorrow", but he forgets about it the next day.
Tom loves going to school as he gets to meet his friends and play around with them, but one day he had an argument with his best friend and they never spoke to each other ever since. Tom knows that he should take the initiative to apologize to his best friend but he always delays his decision by saying "I'll do it tomorrow", but he never did. He has forgotten about it even until he was a teenager.
After Tom graduated from college, he got a job and after a few years, he married his high school sweetheart. But Tom spent most of his time with his office works as he wanted to get promoted as soon as can be. He misses his old friends, but he doesn't have time to call or get out with them. "I'm always tired, I don't have time for them, maybe tomorrow or maybe next time when I am not too busy", he thought, but he never did get in touch with them.
When Tom's wife got pregnant and they now have children, Tom works even harder to provide a comfortable life for his family. Tom always forget about their wedding anniversary and his children's birthdays, he is too involved with his works that he is now neglecting his own family. Tom did realize that he is drifting apart from his family and he wanted to apologize to his wife and children and said how much he loves them, "I'll do it tomorrow", but he never did, he totally has forgotten about it when he went to work the next day.
His wife had an accident one day, it was a hit and run case and she died on the spot. Tom was in the meeting at that time and when he found out about the incident, he broke down to tears as he will never get the chance to tell how much he loves his wife. His heart was broken and he tried to ease his pain by talking and playing with his children, but he realizes that his children treated him like a stranger and distancing themselves from him.
Time passes by so fast, his children are now has grown up and had a family of their own. Tom lives alone, and after awhile he registered to stay in an old folk's home. He has so much money that he has kept all these years when he was still working, money that he kept for his 50th, 60th and 70th wedding anniversary and to be used for a vacation to Hawaii, Australia, and Europe with his wife and children. But now, the money is used to take care of his health and wellbeing in an old folk's home. His children never came to visit him, he felt so lonely and deeply hurt inside.
Before he died, he called his caretaker and told him his story, "If only I knew that my life will turn out like this...", he then exhaled his last breath and died with tears trickling down his eyes and to his cheek.
The moral of the story
What I wanted to tell and remind you and myself is that TIME will never stop for anybody. TIME will keep on going forward and before you realize it, it will be too far away to catch up.If you had a quarrel, don't delay, patch up your differences and apologize as soon as possible.
If you miss your friends, give them a call and tell them how much you miss them.
If you have the feeling or the urge to tell someone how much you love them, do it, tell them exactly how you feel.
If you always think that TOMORROW will always be there, then you are wrong, everything can happen between now and tomorrow, better take action now than regret it later.
It's cool that you translated this into English and shared it with us.

But I think you should give credit to the original author because they are the one who actually wrote this.
I hope you share some original stories with us! I bet you can write some good ones! :)
Thank you for your advice @kenny-crane, I'm still new in blogging and not really know about the rules. I will take your advice and give credit to the author. I love the stories that the author has shared but it is in Malay, so I was thinking about translating it into English and let others know about it. Sorry for any inconvenience. I've left a note at the comment section of the author's blog asking permission if he or she can allow me to translate and post it out, if I'm not allowed to do so, I won't do it again.
That sounds like a great solution, good plan!
I wish you all the best. Keep steeming! :)
