I believe that life presents us with difficult experiences as opportunities to dive further within our subconscious realm, in order to not only learn, but to release deeply held patterns that are no longer necessary for us to hold.
It's truly a fascinating process of self-discovery. When we gain the courage to face our past experiences (as you said), regardless of how much suffering, or pain, or difficulty we experienced... we can truly thrive.
Acceptance is the key!
Thanks so much for sharing here @awakedev. I'd love to hear your thoughts about my recent post about developing a powerful mindset via Neuro-Semantics: Transform Your Life Now: How To Initiate The Meta-Verse
Thank you for your comments @axios I am a psychotherapist and I work more with the transpersonal/holistic/shamanic approach. Although I know NLP and Neuro-Semantics and they have very interesting techniques. I personally don't use them, preferring other techniques more in line with my psychotherapeutic approach.
Very cool! Yeah definitely a different form of work there. I have much respect for the transpersonal / shamanic approach. Went to Peru last year and had quite the experience in that department.
Cheers friend!
Cool @axios Let me share something with you, me and 2 other psychotherapists, we are going to take a group to Megalithic site seeing in Peru and to the Peruvian jungle for Aya ceremonies in November 2018. Let me know if you are interested and I will keep you posted (it will be 2 weeks).
@awakedev at this time I'm not feeling called to Peru but I appreciate the heads up there! It'll be a blast I'm sure. Cheers!
No worries, who knows what will happen in a year time? Maybe you will change your mind :) Cheers!
If I do I will know where the shamanic party is at ;-)
