Thanks for the article and the very conplete research. For me, until now, yoga was not an option. I felt more for meditation practice. I have a question for you? What is the "real" yoga? Because I see so many types in classes, every one of them giving the promise that it will do miracles for you. Is the type of yoga important or the practice itself and to find which one defines you?
