What I find interesting, is the entity desire for us to not evolve. Nature, as it would seem, is literally programmed to evolve, to move forward from a cruder state to a more perfect one.
Agreed, I have written about that principle in the past. The conditions which cause this to take place do not need to be 'programmed' if there are an infinity of universes however, it simply takes place only in those universes which (by chance) have the necessary characteristics. Much in the same way that life arises only on planets with the necessary characteristics, but that's not a problem because there's so many.
Your experience is so fascinating to me because, in many ways, you experienced the opposite of what many others have experienced.
It's also the opposite of what I typically feel/experience, which is as you describe: The tendency of matter to self-organize into intelligence because of the way the laws of physics are in this universe.
The entity you spoke with seemed to desire dominance over you rather than communion, control rather than freedom.
Perhaps an expression of my own insecurities about growth and change, then. I don't put much stock in hallucinations. The only things I've taken with me from trips and developed further as serious ideas are stuff that still checks out from a materialist, empiricist perspective after I've come down. Otherwise I'd wind up one of those people with dreadlocks, sandals and a walking stick, making friends call me a shaman.
Haha at least you know what keeps you sane and how to maintain a clear lie between your experiences. The mushroom is a mighty powerful substance, it can overtake you if you let it.
