DECRIMINALIZATION OF PSILOCYBIN. INITIATIVE STATUTE.ย Decriminalizes use, possession, sale, transport, or cultivation of psilocybin (a hallucinogenic compound) by persons at least 21 years of age.
To get this initiative passed it needs 365,880 signatures from registered California voters in 180 days.
