Babka drożdżowa z rodzynkami

1 kg mąki,
30 dag cukru,
0,5 I stopionego masła,
15 żółtek,
0,5 l mleka,
8 dag drożdży,
pół kieliszka rumu,
5 dag migdałów,
15 dag rodzynków,
skórka pomarańczowa,
pół laski wanilii lub 1 paczka cukru waniliowego,
sól.

3/4 szklanki mąki zaparzyć 1/2 szklanki wrzącego mleka. Po ostudzeniu dodać drożdże, trochę mąki i pozostawić do wyrośnięcia. Żółtka utrzeć z cukrem do białości i wymieszać z rozczynem. Dodać resztę mąki, szczyptę soli, masło i wyrobić ciasto dolewając mleko. Na końcu dodać rodzynki, pokrojone migdały i zapachy. Ciasto włożyć do wysmarowanej tłuszczem formy. Gdy wyrośnie - piec ok. 1 godziny w gorącym piekarniku.
