Censorship - are we DEVOLVING??

Human race is said to be the "most intelligent" species on this world, that is constantly evolving. But do we really evolve?

Burning down of "Great Library of Alexandria" by Romans thousands of years ago, was to stop people from gaining knowledge and learning. Not to long after, Jesus himself said that "people suffer most from lack of knowledge"... thousand years later, even thou technology is going forward, we people are going backward. Our IQ's are dropping, and more and more people are happy, when they are able to shut mouths of people, they disagree with. Isn't it what exchange of information and knowledge supposed to be? exchanging views, ideas, knowledge, even if it is total opposition to our own believes??
What is religion, if people refuse to accept Satan as part of this religion. Talking about good and evil, totally removing the presentation of evil from their believes?
What is "believing" media reports, if not a religion of sort, if we're kept in darkness about doings of "evil", when we're not allowed to confirm or disprove source of information??

How disappointing it must be for those self-proclaimed propagandists, when their 1000 time repeated lie, is still considered a lie, because people are discussing events as they happen? be it in their own town, or way on the other side of the globe.
We have gotten to recreate "Library of Alexandria", and put it into our own homes. It's called "internet". it will be nearly impossible to "burn down" this library, but those, who are so desperate to keep people in darkness, will do whatever it takes, to take down as much as possible, outlawing reading and watching, and eventually, like in USSR, people will be scared to even talk to each other in fear of being arrested for their views.

this is not evolution. It is repeating history, doing the same mistakes, and expecting different outcome. It's like having 50 years old people, with brains of a 8 year old. Old enough to follow most orders, yet stupid enough, not to question them.
