The following is a list of frequently asked questions for the Swix DAO. Swix Bob, one of the founding swixies, post it on the Swix DAO discord server, and I think it could be of use for more people.
1. What is Swix?
Swix is a community-led property ecosystem which enables you to earn from the movement of people as you explore uniquely curated properties and experiences around the world.
2. What's Swix's objective?
To allow people to enjoy beautiful experiences all over the world, with the expectation of feeling at home wherever they go. Swix also intends to rewards its users and community members through sustainable value-backed SWIX token rewards.
3. How does Swix integrate on-chain markets with it's property rental business model?
Our objective is to make our on-chain rewards less dependant from crypto markets. By introducing property-generated revenues as an additional variable to Staking rewards, we can ensure a more sustainable APY for our users.
4. Who is behind Swix?
Swix is the product of its Founding Swixies and the many community members which jumped on-board early on, who dream to travel and to feel at home, wherever they go, while being rewarded. They have doxxed themselves with several community members and will keep doing so.
5. How can we trust you?
We are a team of pseudo-anonymous founders and developers. Maximum levels of security and transparency are ensured since day 1, from the Gnosis Multi-sig wallet with 4 out of 5 signers required, 2 of which are going to be public, respected members of partner communities.
6. What is Swix doing with the Metaverse?
We are now focused on developing the Swix platform, and don't want to disclose any information that could distract you from the main valuable features that Swix is going to offer to begin with. However, be prepared to hear about Swix's integration with Metaverses, as it won't be too long from now.
7. How will Swix approach the Carbon Markets?
Once Swix has set up the initial portfolio of eco-friendly properties, it will be eligible to receive Carbon Credits from the governments of all the initial countries in which Swix properties are available. We will then decide with our community if it is better for Swix DAO to hold the tokenized Carbon Credits or if Swix should bond them through Klima DAO, possibly establishing a partnership
