The biggest challenge I see in this community is that it is a lot dependent and dominated by the whales. While I might sound a little stern, it's just my honest opinion. The whales are definitely not doing anything wrong or against the growth of the community, in fact they are the ones who are pushing hard for its growth and success but because of the onus on them, it's hard for a normal person to grow and succeed at the same pace as the whales of the community are.

They whale they will are trying their best and are sacrificing their safe to add liquidity to the pob token while we are not ready to join them in staking and help this community together
the top 10 rich list are holding 50% of the current circulating supply, that stats from @interpretation shows that the community here is still very low and its our priority as a member to bring in more members.
