Anxiety and gym

Hi guys, today I came to talk about how the gym helped me control my anxiety. I had this since I was very young, I took some medicines that didn't help at all for me, and since I've always enjoyed sports, I decided to occupy my mind with them, I did handball, volleyball, basketball and futsal, but with the beginning of the pandemic I had to stop, which made me come back again with the crises, so I started to do weight training, which has helped me a lot, when I go to the gym I forget about everything, occupy my mind and feel at peace, I can say that the best part of my day is when I'm training, if any of you have that too, I advise you to look for what you like and make them happy, thanks for your attention :)
