Exactly man. This is the truth many are oblivious of. Worrying is a waste of time and energy. Quite agree with your comments, if something doesn't relieve and issue, it can only make it much worse as certain have ended with high blood pressure, cardiac arrest or several heart related disease due to them moving on certain things beyond their control. I believe there should be a medical correlation with this two even though if can't really prove it. Maybe I should do much research about it.

The thing we will always be faced with problems and challenges that shift us to a terrible state. How to handle should be what we should work towards to or seek to do. If we can't address the issue at the moment, I believe the best approach will be to apply the opposite of worrying which is having enough believe that things will pass away just like every situations that we have faced in the past. The might not be an easy thing literally but it is best way to handle our fears. If we still lack faith or believe, it is best to seek solutions or a way out.

For instance, may worry about the future. I believe major of people have the fears. I think the best approach is to work towards nullifying by handling certain issues that can beset us. Living life by chance may not be the best approach. It is good have some plans and certain things in place so we don't hit a dead end or our fears don't actually come to pass.
