Exactly these are the main reasons why a content should be upvoted. Just like @insight.pob said, choice too should be part of it but the truth is that people who upvote do not follow this aforementioned guidelines but rather upvote base on connection just like @sugandhaseth mentioned above. there are lot of differences between theory and practical what i have seen so far is that what ought to be is always different from what we are seeing
