steemit is more than a social network/ blogging platform. its fast becoming a movement and i try to do my bid of promoting steemit whenever the opportunity presents itself.
we took steemit to the streets and created awareness of steemit, got some people curious about the platform and also got some interested and eager to sign up potential steemians. i had a lot of questions thrown at me about steemit and how credible it is regarding payment of earnings. i was able to hopefully answer them all satisfactorily and even showed proof of earning.
all in all, it was a nice and rewarding experience. steemit has been a source of succour to many of us especially those of us in africa and its always a delight to bring more people on board.
