unsure why you say that? you'll just deduct it from what the post makes.
Well seems unfair since I was thinking about splitting rewards by % to users who promoted the post
just because someone tries to promote bad content doesn't mean everyone should have to pay for it
Also say they try to promote with $100 and the post makes $10...
