I withdrew $4.19 to my PayPal account but I didn't yet received it over three days, checking my email i findout that the transaction has been cancelled by SteemX , can please look into this and refund that $4.19, i expected to see that $4.19 in my balance in SteemX once the transaction has been cancelled but past three days now, no refund, please help sorts this.
