Hello #Huddersfield Steem-croud. I'm @anarcotech, and along with my dual-personality alter-ego #Rex-Steemer, I will be responsible for inviting locals from God's Own Country onto the Steemit platform.

Huddersfield is an amazing centre of creativity in the UK, and I'm proud to be part of helping as many people as possible who are Steem-curious to take their first faltering steps on the platform, and watch them grow, like one of those occasionally over-competitive parents, into the mighty Whales that they can be.

As we start to grow, I will be organising #Steem-meets and I will be on hand in the area to help you out. I'm hoping that being part of this will bring loads of mega interesting people together, create great online and in-person friendships (and maybe even a romance or two...who knows?) and generate more rewards in our area than Huddersfield Town making it to the Premier Division.

Huge thanks to @stephenkendal for organising the whole #Promo-UK thing. I've had some great talks with him already, and he's a great shining example of what is possible when we Steemians get all altruistic and help each other out.
