Thanks @jerrybanfield for your helpful comments. for your kind information that we didn't plan this program only for meet-up. this is a promotional program for steemit in our country. we want to perform a promotional and informational seminar on this program in our countrywide. not only meetup. in that day we target to play a seminar, motivational program about steem. we want to meet all steemian in our country & invite other citizen in our country to provide them proper knowledge how they work on steemit and how steemit work for them. we wish to arrange a program with 1000+ people's in our country. we plan we invite VIP's as a guest and promote steem by them. please read carefully our post for details that what we wish to do & what is our plan. if it is only a meetup program we didn't want a penny from steemit and other steemit community. but this is a big promotional seminar. if it seems expensive please take a look that for a seminar & promotional program arrange in a auditorium with 1000+ of attendant & perticipant how much cost? please suggest me. how this is possible $100 dollar? while we plan to gift 120 T-shirt printed with steemit logo on it to our country steemian & serve them launch with our VIP guest and volunteer, perform a seminar and promotional event what is the cost?
