#Promo-Steem South Africa by @Seyiodus - Day #2 and Day #3

Hi steemians,

It's @seyiodus here again. I want to give you an update about my #promo-steem South Africa that I started three days ago. It was actually a good start. I started again on the day #2 and I met some guys just around the conner of the building where I stay. They were playing soccer on the main road.(It is a closed road). I approached them and ask them to spare me some of their time.

At first, they were relunctant because they were so engrossed in what they were doing. I continue speaking with them until I gain their attention and they all move nearer to me. The first question that came out of one of them was

Are you holding a gun?
I laughed and said "I am holding a phone."

I don't actually know what prompt him to ask the question. We greeted each other and I quickly proceeded to the main topic which is inviting them to this great platform Steemit.com

At first they were like > What is it all about? are we paying for it? how much?

Then I start answering their questions one after the other. Some of them shows interest while some still remain a doubtful Thomas
To cut my long story short, I eventually convinced them and I told them that I will come the next day to help them in registering and putting them through one or two things.

Some of them claim to be having exams so they won't be available since they will be studying. Later on we all decided to meet back at the same spot on this coming Sunday by 3pm. I agreed immediately not wanting to pressurize them.
I follow the saying which says

if you want to catch a monkey, you behave like it.

I joked along with them and then take their leave.

The day #3 which is actually today makes my effort account when I met some of the guys again. I approached them again and spoke with them. Some of them were not there the previous day so I had to start all over again. They show interest immediately unlike some of the former set I meet earlier.

They gave me audience and I start to coach them on how to go about it on Steemit.com.

I concluded with them and agree to check on them by Sunday when the other set will be available. It is actually a success story for today.

Just as I round up with the guys, I saw two ladies at the gate going inside the building. I approached them and tell them about my mission for stopping them. They gave me audience and they were interested. I took them to my flat but on arriving there, one of them got an urgent call and they have to leave.

We reschedule our meeting for tomorrow. I hope they will be able to meet with me.
