I keep telling newbies daily that socialising is the most important key to anyone who aspire to succeed in steemit because when you socialise you leave a positive mark on someone's blog and by so doing, you creating and drawing attention to yourself in the community, with that, your followers increases your reputation and upvotes increases too.
but the most important aspect of this is that you must create a conversation and a relationship, this is the way to grow.
