Steem Blockchain is a long, long, and long journey in where people must be ready to assume the risk and be in knowledge of many tools. Just imagine to write a post in a beautiful way. It demands to know many things I mean.. In some way it acts like a filter.

That's true @leotrap. We need a special knoeledge of blockchain and that is why we need the community. I think, conditions in South America is not much different from Indonesia. Thank you for making an important note here @leotrap.
