Still on my pep talk for minnows, today i will be considering the popular saying, "winners never quit and quitters never win".
Guy's you must realise that whatever is worth while, never comes easily, steemit is a platform that brings out the best in you, in terms of skills, talents etc.
Most times this skills and talent, you never knew you posses. I have had conversations with a couple of guys i introduce into the community and i hear amazing things like, "i never knew i could actually write like this, i never knew i could develop my talents like this and channel it in a direction where i can earn from it".
The crux of the matter is, you must be ready to have that mentality of i won't quit until i get that attention i need, I won't quit until the good contents am posting gets recognition, i won't quit until my contribution's to the community are been noticed.
Rome was not built in a day, only die hard persistent individual's get what the believe in.
Will you be that guy that in 3-5 years from now will look back and smile because he or she did not quit or will you be that guy 3-5 years from now wishing he had stayed persisted in what he or she was doing.
The choice is ultimately yours but don't forget that the steem block chain has a whole lot installed for those who will persist and stay, in the future.
. . . . . . . .

so true .. keep it up :)
I don't want to look back in 6 months/1 year/2 years time and wish I could go back and do things differently. That's why I'm putting in the time and effort NOW.
