Great work @stephenkendal and I hope the shows goes well. As I was watching the video I was thinking it would also be great if you could get people to sign up while they were there. Perhaps at least until phone verification stage. And maybe you can offer an incentive of 200SP for a period of time (a few weeks) for those that join at the show.
Obviously, if they join there you'll know their Steemit handle and they can complete registration and password security when they get home.
Anyway, #promo-steem is a great initiative and I'm wondering if you have any representation here in Australia?
