You get always users who are inpatient and leave the platform very early. It is not your mistake, that you didnt explain well. I am sure that you did a good job.
Sometimes users sign up here with high expectation and get frustrated when things doesnt work out very fast. They see the high paid posts on the trending page while nobody upvotes their posts and get disappointed. I see many of them here struggling, but everyone of us had good and bad time.
So dont worry about that and keep up the good work :)
