I have come to give you a little gist on the events that took place at Ile Ife where steemit In Nigeria was held.

I am a fan of good things so i just had to attend the SIN program, even though it was a far distance from where i live. I still had to go. Another reason was that i wanted to meet my fellow steemians that we have only been chatting on discord and whatsapp.

I finally embarked on the journey. I decided to take a selfie.

After which i remembered i was still in the daily selfie contest organised by @papa-pepper. I decide to go to my farm and take a selfie with my pig since the theme was "piggy nose"

I continued my journey. It was a very long one. I already had my friends waiting for me @sweetestglo-eu, @bob-elr, @honourmaus and they were constantly calling me. I got to the place late in the night and it much so much love. They were happy to see me as i was also happy to see them. We could easily recognise each other as we have been seeing each other's pictures.

The Movie

We went to see a movie later in the night. It was a lovely movie titled baby driver. I have been wanting to see the movie a long time but steemit has always tied me down. the movie was interesting and we were served pop corn a drinks during the movie. We left the cinema and headed to our hotel.

The fun i have been having made me forget that i had not eaten since i started the journey so i decided to order for food in the hotel. Mehn the food was freaking expensive. It costed #1250, something i could have gotten for #300 at another eatery but due to the fact that it was late and i had no choice. I decided to take it.

I did not remember to take a selfie b4 but that is an after dinner selfie. I had Cemo, egusi soup and goat meat.

I had little chats with my friends that were there. @royal-finest, @harbysco, @bollutech, @hounourmaus and @bob-elr, @sweetestglo-eu was alrewady sleeping and did not even follow us to the cinema.

after a while, i decided to head to my hotel and i took a selfie. It was a good night selfie.

We started the second day with a visit to a restaurant for breakfast. It was a lovely and nice restaurant.

A boss who is also a Nigerian curator took us. The had nice foods and a variety of them. @gbenga

While in the restaurant i decided to take pictures of the food they had at the same time thinking about what to eat

I had fried rice, Jollof rice, beans with beef and chicken. Then i decide to use 7up to push it all down

After the breakfast we headed to the conference. It had great steemians like @destinysaid, @ehiboss, @fisteganos, @gbenga, @tojukaka my mentor who explained steemit to us in details.

Also the were videos from @lukestokes, @maryfavour and @papa-pepper who talked about what steemit meant to them.

It was my first time seeing most of these people especially @tojukaka who i have been dying to meet.

After the conference we all headed back to our hotels ton relax and anticipate the night party.

The Party

the party was fun and it featured a lot of comedians and musicians.

Failed Love Journey

i would not like to talk much on this but there is this girl i met and i thought Steemit In Nigeria will be my chance. Things did not work out the way i wanted and it let to a failed journey.
