ow wonderful share... but one think that some of my friends tring to make steemit account but they didn't get any email confirmation. is it any technical issue or at the time they dont accept any new user...?

Nop. The email confirmation can even take up to 1 week. If they did follow all the rules, then surely they will be approved if you're friends are not robots.lol
