The operator of the American cryptocurrency exchange Huobi, the company HBUS, announced the addition to the listing of three new tokens - Stellar Lumens (XLM), Monero (XMR) and Steem (STEEM).

As a result of the listing of new tokens, the number of digital assets traded on the stock exchange has grown to 15. Operations with XLM, XMR and STEEM in pairs with bitcoin and dollar are available from February 20, the trading platform said.

CEO of HBUS Frank Fu in a conversation with The Block said that the exchange plans to create a platform with the "universal token", the use and flexibility which "obvious."

“A leader in any industry is one who looks to the future. Such organizations are required to have strong instruments for regulating financial processes, security systems and deep checking of assets they sell. We understand the importance of having a universal token market and plan to continue to list tokens with great utility and versatility. ”

Huobi is a platform with an ambiguous reputation. In December 2018, she was accused of inflating trading volumes, and a month later the company announced a record earnings on commission fees. According to the firm’s own data, last year it earned $ 483 million on commissions - more than the largest exchanges from Coinmarketcap, Binance and OKEx ($ 462 million and $ 292 million respectively).

Now Huobi is ranked 10th in the ranking of the largest cryptocurrency trading platforms. The average daily trading volume on it is $ 578.7 million.
