Dear Steemit Community....
Original Idea Of Steemit
The original idea of steemit like @ned made us to understand, was for the best content to make it to the top. Hence, incentives are made available, as we are supposed to look out for great quality post with awesome potential to make it to the top, so we can engage in curation. My question now becomes, where did we get it wrong?
Problem
Like we all know now, lots of shitty posts have been making it to the trending page, which happens to be the page that opens up once you open steemit on your web or use any of the steemit apps. This has discouraged many, and led many to quit steemit, due to the fact that they get disappointed on what makes it to the trending page, which happens to be like the "arsenal" of the steemit zone.
Solution
There is no other way I can sugarcoat this, because the problem lies with BOTS!! even though the matter of whether to use bots or not, is a symposium discussion for another day, I suggest we design the next Hardfuck in a way that posts that use voting bots, will by no means make it to the trending pages.
