Steemit-powered Chess MICC Junior Chess League

@project-eleven is happy to announce that the chess tournament is now officially open. A single step for the goals and objectives of @project-eleven to materialize.

@project-eleven in partnership with MICC has made the official game rules and game systems. A chess tournament with a theme of empowering passion, enhancing skills, and building friendship, which is the pupose of the @project-eleven in the first place.

The Chess Tournament for 15 years old and below is now set to happen on May 12, 2018 at Lai-Lai, Barangay Poblacion, Iligan City. It will be a 7 round Swiss system and 30 minutes time control game.

To join the contest, aspiring chess players will just need to register for only Php 30. The registration fee will cover some of the expenses; food, arbiter's fee, other miscellaneous.

@project-eleven is happy to know that kids are excited to join the tournament to showcase their skills and talents. Through this tournament we aim to make known to others or orient others about the existence of blockchain and the steemit platform.

The initiative is made possible through steem blockchain and the support of active steemians in the community. Finally, may this first project of @project-eleven will make the intended purpose of @project-eleven to its fruition.
