Daily Steem-Python Challenge #13, Win 1 Steem!

For each tutorial we release there will be a relevant challenge where the winner receives 1 STEEM!

Challenge

Take the code from the tutorial from here and change it to be able to do the following

1. Currently each author on the list will get an upvote for a set %. Instead give each author a weight. Now when an upvoting cycle starts divide n amount of voting percentage over all the authors based on their weight. For example upvoting 1000% for 10 authors each with a similar weight of 1 would upvote each author for 100%.

Deadline
