If my memory serves me well, I knew HNG since HNG 2.0, I however did not register for that because I only found out after the registration had already closed.
Between HNG 2 and 3, I got acquainted with Node and thought that I'll be able to use it in the next series _ HNG 3.0 _
I definitely registered for HNG 3.0 and tried to scale through successfully, I however didn't survive two weeks due to the fact that the program required knowledge of php which I was totally uninterested in learning... My bad...
I didn't register for HNG 4.0 due to the same reason that I wasn't interested in learning or dealing with php, so that went past.
I was so joyed up when I found out that that was going to change with HNG 5.0 as there was a survey asking interested interns-to-be what languages they are most familiar with, Node... Node... Node.
I wasted no time in joing the slack group, and completing the first sets of tasks, I got stuck when I had to find (all intrested interns had to) bugs on a cool website https://www.timbu.com
