Your mental and physical conditions must be balanced.

Like me, you probably have a sleep deficit. For me, the reason is either celebrating on the weekend or even that you do not get the step out of "checking one more time Steemit or Blockfolio” in the evening. As a result we become depressed or even ill after several weeks. Researchers on this topic say that we should get at least 7 hours of sleep to ensure a productive and balanced day. If you follow this advice, you will recognize, your dedication to activities will raise. You do things with much more vigor, and everything is going to make more fun. Sometimes it is not even your fault that your sleep is not restful.

Meanwhile, "snoring" is called as a disease, which means that you do not get enough oxygen during your sleep and fell exhausted in the morning. If you have often heard from your girlfriend / friend that this is the case with you, i recommend you to turn to a sleep lab or doctor. Tip: try to sleep enough and go to bed at the same time. There are even apps that record your sleep or give you warnings if you slept not enough or not well.

There are also some sleep gadgets I found on the internet. Maybe you wanna try out.

1.  Somnox- first sleep robot in the world

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=POFkQnqMnE4

When you spoon Somnox you will feel it breathe. By feeling it breathe you will fall asleep more easily and experience more deeper sleep.

I think it’s a great idea, but only useful for singles. 😊

2. Dodow - sleeping lamp

“Dodow is a smart light metronome designed to help people fall asleep more quickly and more calmed without medication. The whole thing is implemented with a light panel on the top, which makes the ceiling light and pulsating. Dodow is placed near the user, preferably on the bedside table. When you tap the top of the touchscreen, Dodow starts the 8-minute mode and makes the ceiling glow. As a user, you now have to adjust your breathing to the pulsating ceiling. Inhale and exhale, depending on whether it gets dark or light. The whole thing makes sure that you can switch off and get a clear head, because you focus only on his breathing.”

Determination and focus are the two most important prerequisites for success at Steemit. You need to know where you want to go and be willing to work hard for it. This works best when you clearly define and write down your goals. Think about what you want to achieve with Steemit and make a goal plan. Be detailed and imagine your goals in detail. This will give you a strong mental image what on the other hand gives you strength and motivates you in difficult times. Your first goal should be to make your blog as attractive as possible. Work for your reputation before starting to make money. Focus on this issue, cause reputation goes parallel with profitable blogs. Of course, this also means that you are primarily do some research on Steemit. Read the FAQs, ask other community members about tips, or just read the 100,000 blogs about Steemit and how to get started.

Don’t be a victim of bad habits like alcohol or cigarettes. Try to accomplish good habits in your life e.g to wake up early in the morning or write one really good blog once a week.  Habits make sure that you no longer feel an activity annoying. You probably all know the situation, if you have a long vacation and your sleep rhythm is destroyed by staying awake and/or celebrating. When you re-enter the world of work again, it usually takes a week to get your sleep rhythm back. In the beginning you have to force yourself, but after the habitation phase you will not find it hard to get up early anymore. Exactly the same with Steemit. We e.g. decided to write a blog at least once a week, mostly on weekends. Unfortunately steemit is not our full time job yet. Once you get used to this weekly routine, it's not hard anymore. But I have to say that writing blogs was directly fun from the beginning on and I even write few lines for my next blog in the breaks of my work.

Hopefully your to-do list is full and your plan is bursting at the seams. Now, if you're wondering how to do it all: You can’t. There is not enough time for everything. We never have enough time to do any little thing or any little task. If you want to steem successfully, you have to learn to prioritize. You must distinguish important from unimportant and finally stop wasting your time with rubbish. You have to keep in mind what exactly is important to you NOW. To write a comment, socialize on steem or write a blog? In the first place I would say socialize, cause writing your first blog without followers can be really frustrating. Believe me, cause we failed. Due to the high number of blogs, your blog just disappears. This could cause the intention to quit on steemit on early stage. Steemit can also consume a lot of time. It will be a big problem for you to find time for Steemit, if you have a full-time job alongside. That's why I recommend you not to spend so much time on a big blog in the beginning, but just writing comments and interact with Steemians and earn your first few bucks in the first place. This helps you to get a good start.  You should also be aware of the importance of investing time in the correction of your blogs or comments, because that's what counts really in the end: THE HIGH QUALITY BLOG. This is a good crossover for our next topic: Quality.

Some blogs are read only because bloggers have their own way of blogging. Maybe they are funny, in a nutshell or have the ability to lull their readers. It is about finding your own writing style. Writing on this topic I read an article. One statement fascinated me.

If you write a blog and use a pseudonym, but the readers identify the writer anyways, you did it.

A unique style of writing can enhance and make a blog special.    Mistakes are no shame! Blog beginners just cannot know everything. That's why there are such articles here on steemit. But I'm constantly learning and trying to learn new things about my topics or even blogging. Mistakes are human nature and normal. That's why it's important not to do everything the right way, but it is important to learn from it and to quickly get rid of the reputation of a beginner.

You should definitely find your topic at first and focus on it. If you lose yourself in too many details, you can quickly forget the basics. Namely to bring your own blog forward and to provide new and great content!  You should think about if your own articles are good enough and if the readers are satisfied with it. It just makes no sense to ask yourself endless questions, but you should get your blogs on a readable level.   The reason why we do a blog on this topic and not on cryptocurrency as mentioned on our blog, is that we think that every blogger should write an article about this topic only to make sure that he/she understood the way of blogging.

To be really successful with your blog, you should enjoy your own work, it should be a pleasure to write and this aspect is one of the essential aspects of blogging.

My top 3 Apps I really recommend to everyone who want to organize his work on an efficient way

  1. Evernote
  2. Outlook
  3. Dropbox

1.Evernote

Evernote is an app for note taking, organizing, tasks lists, and archiving.

I use it myself and highly recommend it. If you do any research on your blog, u can easily add your interesting websites or snapshots to you Evernote notebook by “clipping” it. Try it out, you will love it. Of course, it is for free.

Here is how it looks like:

2.Outlook

“Microsoft Outlook is a personal information manager from Microsoft, available as a part of the Microsoft Office suite. Although often used mainly as an email application, it also includes a calendar, task manager, contact manager, note taking, journal, and web browsing.”

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Outlook

I just use it for calendar and organizing meetings. You can send invitations for meet ups. The receiver can just accept or refuse by clicking on a button. Unfortunately, it’s not for free except you are a student in Germany, then you get it nearly for free. If you have the opportunity to try it out or get it free, just do it.

3.Dropbox

Dropbox is a file hosting service that offers cloud storage, file synchronization, personal cloud and client software.

We use dropbox very intensively. Its for free and you can upload your finished blogs on it, so everyone can double check them on spelling and content. You don’t have to write mails or USB sticks anymore. Very comfortable.

Reward yourself. This can be a small piece of (dark) chocolate - or a shared evening with friends.   Make appointments in the evenings so that you have to work your way to accomplish all your tasks. And then reward yourself with doing something good - as I said, this can be a meeting with friends, sports or even a movie. Whatever you think is a reward for you. 😉

Quick Tip: Keep a small success diary in which you'll record your day's successes before going to bed. That feels good and is also like a small reward.

Stay positive !

Mines start with '1. SLEEP LESS - You'll sleep when you'll be dead'

haha. maybe you are true. ^^

Wow, nette Sammlung an Informationen 😀

Vielen Dank.

Glaub an dich. ;)
