So it seems Google, among other Bay Area tech companies, are rather upset about this new privacy law. I am liking this law. If you have over 50,000 users, you simply have to provide an opt-out of all tracking. This is a great thing for consumer rights. Unsure how Google is going to fight this one. Their whole business model needs to change anyways. For too long has invisible tracking been a free for all. If people truly understood the market that social media companies have been exploiting for years, there would be a revolution.
