Tomorrow is what attracts a person always. Tomorrow creates dreams, illusions, imagination, which we dedicate all of his life.
For tomorrow we hope talking about spiritual development. Tomorrow we will become spiritual. Tomorrow we will take Krishna, Christ, tomorrow concepts and stereotypes. Tomorrow we are to love and forgive, tomorrow we will sympathize. Tomorrow we'll be good.
But tomorrow is something that never comes. There is only an eternal today, eternal now in which we have to solve their problems. We live only in the present. Therefore, to become better than we have now. Now we accept God, we now accept the Truth, now we take a step forward.
The man who does not move forward now would not move ever. Because all we have is the present. Life only happens now.
Be aware of this will help a simple meditation of mindfulness. When you are outdoors, try to note anything that gets in your field of vision, make a note of all events and phenomena around you. (You can do this exercise in pairs, competing to see who will celebrate a bigger event.)
...A leaf falls from the tree, the tram rides on the street, the bird landed on the branch of a lilac Bush, a woman carries a child in a wheelchair...
Every second in the world there are billions of events. The whole world lives now. Now explode the stars, the wind picks up dust in the desert, the bird flutters across the snowy branches of spruce on the mountain.
Another way to find this is a Buddhist Vipassana meditation. Meditating on the breath, we observe that as the body to inhale and exhale in this moment. By practicing Vipassana, we, following the precepts of the Buddha, monitor your feelings, your emotions, your thoughts, your feelings, observe your body — how it sits, stands, lies, acknowledge your intentions and desires.
Observe your body mentally explore it from head to toe — what it experiences now? Comfortable does he? Imagine that your body is part of the sunlight that penetrates into every cell. Note that the body feels at this second.
To understand the importance of the present moment you can make two lists. The first one is to place all the things that we plan for the future, and secondly, everything that we can do today in these cases. Doing something now, we relieve ourselves from problems in the future, from unnecessary worries.
Tomorrow is the carrot hanging before the donkey, causing it to run forward. But often, stopping and looking around, we realize that ran in the wrong direction or just running in place.
The person who decides to change his life, must do it here and now, not putting off anything until tomorrow.
Live now, love now, enjoy the moment. Every second is a chance we have to move forward. Don't miss it.
