My water heater broke.... just today, and the whole flat is flooded.... I have to buy another one but luckily it's only 12 degrees centigrade.
Call your landlord and have him fix it. I'm glad it's warmer there! Here it's (-10°C).
What kind of tank? Gas or electric? Do you have a wet vacuum cleaner? I'm too far away to help much, SMH.
