MOE Farms is a completely grid-independent, balanced, closed-loop eco-system. It will produce over 300 super-premium quality retail and hospitality packaged food products. These products are pre-contracted to top-tier customers through multi-year purchase agreements. This translates into a capacity-driven operation as opposed to marketing and sales driven. The 512-camera security system serves two primary purposes; the first is to provide a means whereby shareholders, some of them living on different continents, can observe the investment of their funds into the Build-out projected to take 15-18 months. After that, it serves the purpose of verifying chain-of-custody from seed to salad, farm to fork, pasture to plate. These 300 or so products are essentially the ingredients to prepared heat-n-serve and ready-to-eat “meal kits” to the top 3% wealth holders and income earners predominantly domiciled in North America. In brief, MOE Farms is a Farm of Farms, e.g. Data Caster Labs (server farm); mining, analytics, development; Sub-Zero Energy (fuel farm)– producing the bio-diesel that fuels our off-grid power plant with an initial 7.2 Mw sustainable power generation capacity. 6 Mw of which will be made available to data center customers. A Prime+ (livestock farm) beef and pork; Beyond Organics (organic produce farm), at completion of Build-out phase, will grow over 75 varieties of produce and specialty ingredients aimed at the white tablecloth restaurants and their celebrity chefs. In addition to this, the Wagyu herd, at capacity, will be 3600 head, sustainably producing 51,000 pounds per month of the most coveted beef on the planet with a demand/supply imbalance ratio of 6-1, on a 30-year growth trendline. There will be over 500,000 sq ft of livestock housing, processing and production facilities. This is not your Grandpa’s farm.
