Thank you @canadianrenegade for the rule adjustment for trading. My trade with @roselyn028 is pleasing to my palette.
Since I think beans in tomato & mushrooms would make a great meal all by themselves I am going to challenge myself to have to forage my 3rd item from the natural environment in around the city in Utah, USA in which I live.

Please stick to the rules of using a long term storable food. I can potentially amend the rules for the next challenge to allow foraging.
I allowed the trades to help people that might not have access to or money to buy some of the ingredients participate more easily.
@canadianrenegade I will respect your decision and will use a long term storable food.
