Friend of mine made this guide up (he worked emergency management for quite some time). It's pretty solid for those who have never prepared for natural disasters like Hurricane Harvey before.
It's not too expensive to get a basic bag together. He gives examples of what you need and some stuff you can find at your favorite local shop.
