The following list is the guidelines on what to do during the fast. It is important to follow this list in order to experience the true power of fasting.
Don't drink tap water. Drink distilled water and drink plenty of it.
Avoid drinking soy protein, sugary drinks and caffeinated.
When doing a juice fast,, choose raw juice from apples, grapes, pineapples, oranges,
grapefruits. With vegetable juice, choose carrot, celery, beet, or green vegetables. Don't drink
bottled juice because it stimulates hunger.
Some people don't feel physical discomfort like me when I did mine. I didn't even feel hunger
throughout the fast but you may experience it. You may experience hunger or dizziness,
headaches, weariness, tiredness, nausea, and sleepiness.
So, I believe when you do those things, you will get the most benefits out of fasting because there is power in fasting.
