I know there are lot of Robots that are blindly upvoting and issue further complicated if these robots are used by Whales. Therefore, I have been thinking since I joined Steemit about how can we individually contribute to improve the quality of posts that are trended.
The only way to improve that is by upvoting a post after reading the post. And by taging the upvoter as first tag - is his/her reward for upvoting. If the upvoter upvotes good content and more and more authors tag that upvoter then upvoter is trended clearly suggesting that she/he is helping identifying right content. And in turn if she/he is also writing then his/her content will automatically be upvoted if of good quality.
Therefore, I have started this campaign from today. Hope it helps the system to further improve and reduces robotic/whale bias.
