How do we step out of comfort zone?
In the last few days after my previous post on the subject many have reached out and asked this question. So how do we step out of our comfort zones? The easiest start that you can make is by getting yourself involved in something new that you haven't done before like joining a hobby class, starting a morning walk, getting into yoga or meditation groups or going for an adventure trek. This would give you:
- A welcome break from mundane routine.
- An opportunity for you to be more self aware while you experience the change.
Usually why we fail is we attempt changes in the most critical areas of our life suddenly without preparing ourselves to be comfortable with the uncomfortable. Adventure is a great way to build awareness on all 3 aspects - Body, Mind & Soul
