November 2013, Typhoon Haiyan, or most commonly known as Bagyong Yolanda in the Philippines, this was the most powerful cyclones ever dated in the Philippines. On making landfall, Thousands of people died during that storm.
I just bought a small farm land on a remote location in Calutan Dagami Leyte months before this catastrophic event happened, and also father was making his last house design before he can say that he is fully retired and will just focus managing the farm land, but unfortunately Yolanda swept everything in her path.
Took my father almost 2 years to finishing his suppose to be last designed,
and he is his own Laborer, Electrician, Plumber, Engineer and Architech training other farmers that want to learn welding.
its making me sad, years of building a house and it just took minutes to break it down.
Whats has left in our ancestral house, been pass down to 4 generations, we just made a small hut as a temporary shelter and behind this small hut is the farm land that we just bought.
this was the deepwell my father dug because there are no water source anywhere.
power biscuit, inside the relief bags.
