From what I have observersed, none of top 3 contestants is 100% pure and clean. All 3 may have different values and Morales but this vote buying/bribery is kind of same in all of them directly or indirectly.
@partiko did it openly and in more transparent way in their so called GIFT pack but they openly admitted it.

What @steemitbloggers (PowerHouseCreatives) is claiming that you guys don't believe in vote buying then you have to explain following two examples from your members.
@freecrypto is offering 0.5 Steem who votes and provides proof of screenshot, How more CHEAP it can get than this?

@zord189 offers FREE Personalized Signature to those who can vote for his @steemitbloggers. How is that not indirect BRIBERY?
Additionally, @zord189 is also one of admin of @steemitbloggers, so it gets more concerning.
It is highly unlikely that above mentioned 2 examples could have been authorized without permission of both admins including @jaynie.
What you guys are claiming about @steemitbloggers is not completely correct and it might be categorized as HYPOCRISY because you guys claim not to do it but are not really any different from above mentioned 2 communities but yes more HYPOCRITICAL one.

I can't speak for the @freecrypto twitter. I don't know anything about it, and I'm not really keen about it.
For @zord189, I don't think I would consider that vote buying, as he is providing his own service and talent. That is his own right to do, and his donation to the campaign. However, I do accept that it could be seen in a bad light, but it isn't quite on par with votes or money.
To be honest, when I wrote this post, I had no idea what other communities were doing. I was expanding upon an idea that I had in an earlier support post and I was only writing about the @steemitbloggers main account not giving out money or voting for dpoll votes. However, I can't prove that that was my intention one way or another... But for what it is worth, that is my honest word.

But you are putting in a wrong way.
You said I'm bribing , “if I want to bribe then I could go personally and message to each and every steemer that go and put a vote for steemitbloggers and I will be giving 0.5 Steem or something”.
Now let's come to your point that you had said Yeah I told people to go and vote for steemitbloggers and I will be giving them 0.5 Steem too but as a reward not with the intention of vote buying or something.
Now let me give you another example the whales and orca , just supposed @theycallmedan upvote each and every comment below their post it's not because to get the engagement back it's because the people had given their valuable time to leave their comment in their post .
I hope buddy you understand the difference between bribing and rewarding.
