LOVE pumpkin! And this is a cool way to keep the kids interested.
I've tried strawberry leather before and even though it is so yummy, it takes so much of it to make. The pumpkin sounds good for that reason because you can get so much out of one.
I would have to use raspberry and blueberry rather than strawberry as I can go picking for it. The strawberries don't grow here so much so we have to buy it and it is quite expensive.

Most of the times the fruits are still perfect. Thats when i stock up like bags and bags and freeze them, then use them for goodies 😁 beacuse yeah otherwise, too expensive to make as it requires cups and cups of puree
I would never laugh! It's using the good food at a better price and it doesn't go to waste.
If I would see them I would definitely grab as much as possible.
